A day planner for Android
Time is the one currency no one can earn back.
Treasynx plans your day, then keeps the books on it — where your hours went, what they were worth at your own rate, and how long things really take you. It learns how you actually work, not how you think you work.
Free · no account · nothing leaves your phone unless you ask it to
Issued daily
Payable in hours
The ledger
Your hours, kept like accounts.
Every planner helps you fit more in. Treasynx asks what you are spending your hours on, and whether you meant to. Mark how each hour went and the books write themselves.
- The Treasynx Book. A balance sheet of your time: what you invested, what leaked, your time debt, and where the trend is heading. Included with Advanced.
- What did that cost me? Name something you finished and see it priced in hours at your own rate.
- Your waking day. Tell it when you are really awake and what is already committed. It shows what is actually free — usually less than you think — and every AI plan fits inside it.
- Today’s time audit. A thirty-second look at where the day went, including the gaps you didn’t plan.
- The Hours tab. Any price, shown in hours of your working life. Part of Pro, and usually the moment it clicks.
Close your rings
Six targets. One perfect day.
Today opens with six rings: Work, Study, Exercise, Breaks, Hobbies and Other. Tick a block off and its ring fills. Close them all and it’s a perfect day. They start again at midnight.
- Targets that fit your life. Sensible defaults — five hours of work, an hour of study, thirty minutes of exercise — and a tap changes any of them, or switches one off.
- Streaks, XP and trophies. XP for every ring you close, a bonus for a perfect day, a streak on each ring, and ten trophies from First ring to Unstoppable.
- Week, month and year. Progress shows how each ring is doing over time, with a heat map of your days and your best streak.
- Share the good days. One tap makes a card of your rings to send to a friend. It is drawn on your phone and goes only where you send it.
What it learns
Measured, not guessed.
Most people misjudge how long things take — consistently, and differently for each kind of work. Treasynx measures it, then tells you — only once it has enough measurements to go on.
Tap start. It does the rest.
The clock runs with the app closed and the phone locked. Pauses don’t count. A sound plays when your planned time is up, and the real length goes onto the block when you finish.
Say it’s done.
Tap Done, tap it on the lock-screen notification, or just say it — “done”, “that’s me”, “ten more minutes”. “Not done yet” is understood as exactly that.
Where your estimates go wrong.
After enough timed blocks of one kind: “Admin takes about 40% longer than you plan.” Per kind of work, from the median, and only once there are enough measurements.
Hard work at the right hour.
A five-question chronotype quiz shifts every scheduling window to suit you, from published circadian research — with the sources shown.
What’s new
New in this release.
Six daily rings
Work, Study, Exercise, Breaks, Hobbies and Other, each with its own target. XP, streaks, ten trophies and a perfect-day bonus.
FreeNFC tags
Tap a sticker to start or finish a block and log the real time. Undo for ten seconds, and it works offline.
AdvancedTag Rails
Six tags on a strip for your desk or wall, written in one go. Rename the rail and remap any slot on your phone.
Advanced18 languages
Chinese (Simplified, Taiwan and Hong Kong), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai.
FreeTime monitor
Times what you are doing with the app closed. Finish by tapping, from the notification, or by saying it. Briefly raises the alarm volume so you hear the sound, then puts it back.
FreeAlarms that tell you
Every alarm shows its name and how long until it rings — and warns you if it isn’t actually going to.
FreePomodoro on real alarms
25 minutes on, 5 off, as many rounds as you like. Breaks ring on real alarms, so they can sound with the phone locked.
FreeA ? on every screen
Stuck anywhere? Tap ? at the top right for what that screen does and how to use it.
FreeYour waking day
Wake time, bedtime and what’s already committed — so plans fit the day you actually have.
ProEstimate accuracy
What the time monitor has learned: which kinds of work you under- or over-estimate, and by how much.
ProAcademic notes
Cornell notes, citations as fields, voice capture without recording audio, and questions that become flashcards.
AdvancedMindmaps
Three layouts and cross-links a tree can’t express. AI suggests branches; you accept each one.
SuperOrganiser
Looks across everything and names what’s worth tidying — each with a count you can check.
SuperSelf-test
Checks you can run on your own phone that each part of the app works as designed — including that a backup can be restored.
FreeEverything it does
Every tool, by area.
Most of Treasynx is free. Each paid plan adds tools and includes everything in the plans below it. The plan named on each line is where that tool starts.
Time for the things you plan around.
- Pro: hobby blocks for over 30 hobbies that count towards your rings, streaks and XP; a hobby timer; a session log with energy from 1 to 5; a reading progress ring; gentle fitness and yoga flows; morning quick-start.
- Advanced: learned hobby durations, hobby projects with steps, a weekly hobby review, hobby hours valued at your own rate, NFC hobby tags.
- Super: weather-aware hobby suggestions, a seasonal garden planner, an AI hobby planner (nothing is added until you approve it), an encrypted hobby history export.
Your own figures, worked out on your phone.
- Free: a savings goal with Your Twin. Pro: up to three goals, money over time, time value tools.
- Advanced: the Money hub, bills and income, safe to spend today, a 90-day money forecast and money what-if.

No bank connection, and nothing moves money. For planning only, not financial advice.
The business hub.
- Clients, projects and billable time, with a billable focus timer and NFC Business tags.

Tax pot, VAT, mileage and rate figures are arithmetic from your own entries — for planning only, not tax, legal or financial advice. Treasynx files nothing and takes no payments.
Better prompts for your own AI.
- Turn a rough request, typed or spoken, into a well-built prompt, with a score and clarifying questions.
- A prompt library with tags and {variables}, and a prompt duel that compares two versions side by side.
- Forge from the text selection menu or the share sheet of other apps.
Text goes only to your own AI provider, and only when you choose to send it.
Share cards and invites.
- Share as a card on screens that offer it: a picture drawn on your phone. Money figures and names stay hidden unless you switch them on.
- Invite a friend: a short message with the Google Play link, sent by you. No rewards and no referral codes.
- Treasynx Wrapped (Super): your week or month as a story, ending in a card.
Cards leave the phone only through the share sheet you open.

AI, your way
Your key. Your provider. Or none at all.
Run a model entirely on your phone, with no key and no network. Or bring a key from one of fifteen providers — billed by them, at their price. We take no cut and never see the requests.
- It suggests. You decide. The AI can propose changes to your day, but nothing moves until you press the button next to each one.
- Talk it through. Describe your day in your own words, typed or spoken, and it builds the plan.
- An AI council. Several models argue a plan from opposite sides, and one reconciles them. (Super)
- Nothing set up behind your back. No AI runs until you set one up yourself.
Privacy by design
There is no account to hack.
Your schedule, notes and history live on your phone. The few things that can leave it are switched off until you turn them on, and every one is listed in the privacy policy with exactly what it sends.
- No account, no server holding your life. There is nothing of yours on our side to lose.
- Backups you hold the key to. AES-256-GCM with a passphrase only you know, saved wherever you choose — including your own Nextcloud.
- Money and business figures never go to an AI. No prompt is built from your balances, transactions, clients or invoices. AI sees only the text a feature sends, on your own key or on the phone.
- Analytics off unless you say yes. Declining changes nothing about how the app works.
- Your calendar, read only. It can read events you choose to bring in. It can never create, change or delete them.
- See everything it holds. A screen that names every piece of data on the phone, with export and delete.
